How-To Create a Station Schedule

• Download your existing schedule or the “Example Schedule.xlsx” spreadsheet
• Add, edit, or remove rows for each time block you wish to schedule
• If your schedule has recurring shows during the same time blocks, you can add one entry for multiple days. For example, “12345” would specify a show that repeats Monday–Friday for the specified time slot. 1=Mon, 2=Tue, 3=Wed, 4=Thur, 5=Fri, 6=Sat, and 7=Sun.
• Starting and ending times are based on the timezone entered in your station settings. Times should be entered with a trailing lowercase ‘a’ for ‘am’ or ‘p’ for ‘pm’. For example, ‘11a’ would correspond to ‘11:00 am’. ‘1:30p’ corresponds to ‘1:30 pm’.
• Ensure that you do not have any overlapping entries.
• When you’re ready, upload your schedule as a single page spreadsheet in .xlsx format
